These Terms are governed by relevant UK legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Food Safety Act 1990.

We provide high-end catering services for private and corporate events. Specific details of each service will be agreed upon through written contracts or invoices, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, ensuring that all services provided meet reasonable quality standards (Section 49).

  1. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that our food will be completely free from allergens. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of any risks. We comply with the Food Information Regulations 2014, which require us to provide allergen information upon request.

  1. Liability

We are not liable for any adverse reactions due to food allergies or dietary requirements unless specifically agreed in writing. We are also not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances affecting service delivery.
