Catering to a group of 50+ with very specific needs is often a big challenge for chefs we work with but not for Alex and Raf, their care and passion is second to none, especially when creating menus, being able to flex to unforeseen changes and delivering the best quality for the budget we had. Alex & Raf also got to know everyone by name and really understood what each person wanted, flexing the menu each day to ensure everyone left completely satisfied.
