We prep each lobster fresh, split and cleaned, then grill it over flame until the meat is smoky and just opaque. The basting butter includes:

  • Crushed garlic

  • Spanish paprika (Pimientón de la Vera)

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

  • A touch of lemon zest

The result is tender, aromatic, and layered with Mediterranean flavour.
